fix toast popup for printing document #484

what happens

when printing a document, I am seeing the toast pop up that says "printing" appear and dismiss in an infinite loop, even after the document is done being printed.

what should happen

when printing, the dialog should appear for a specific amount of time, and dismiss to not be seen again

how to fix

use native android toast protocol or change the delay on this one so it does not repeat
