Backport release of the LTI 1.3 and LTI Advantage fixes that landed on master between 9.14.3 and 9.16.1, cut from the ulmo/lti_fixes_backport branch. Among them: AGS publishes a score of 0 to the gradebook and rejects a non-positive scoreMaximum, deep linking launches POST to the tool's redirect_uri, reusable configs resolve the effective LTI version throughout the runtime, NRPS membership pagination, and context role URIs in role mapping. The declared dependencies are unchanged from 9.14.3. Bumps the Ulmo pin from 9.14.3 to 9.16.1, the backport release of the LTI 1.3 and LTI Advantage fixes from openedx/xblock-lti-consumer#705. The release notes list what changed: https://github.com/openedx/xblock-lti-consumer/releases/tag/v9.16.1
The declared dependencies of 9.16.1 are the same as 9.14.3, so this is only the four pinned requirements files. The
kernel.infloor stays at>=9.14.2.One thing to know for sites that moved to the published 9.14.5: that version URL-quoted
resource_link_idin the launch data(#607), upstream reverted it(#623) and this line follows the revert. Tools that depend on the quoted value will see a change.
