Add contextual Dash artwork showing Dash connecting services, events, clocks and HTTP modules in
docs/_static/mascot-banner.pngand display its relative path from the README at width 840. Exclude/docs/and root/README*.mdfiles from package archives together.Align the Sphinx banner reference, remove the superseded documentation image, and record the visual update in the changelog.
