shell.online v0.16.0 lets you name a session at start and list terminal sessions across machines with shell ls, as agents move into remote sandboxes.

Automated daily post (shell.online-centric). Generated, fact-checked against sources, and build-verified locally. Merge to publish to pilotprotocol.network. Stacked on the still-open previous blog PR (merge that first, or merge this one to take both).
