Remove the engine 0.7.0 conformance exceptions once composer-cli and orm-toolchain peer 0.7.0

#337 bumps @prisma/cli-engine to 0.7.0 and adds two exceptions to packages/cli/scripts/conformance.ts because @prisma/composer-cli and @prisma/orm-toolchain still peer 0.6.3, in the shape #313 used for 0.6.2 (tracked then by #314). Remove both exceptions once both products release against 0.7.0.
