Moves the package from Bower/Pulp to current Spago, PureScript, and the registry. Modernizes npm-based CI and formats sources with the latest stable purs-tidy. Preserves published dependency bounds and configures version 6.0.1.
Removes legacy tooling audit findings; three high-severity affected packages remain in the dev-only Spago dependency chain.
