I can't get QuartoPreview to work in Python files. #202

Description

@rzimmerdev

I have a python file with jupytext format.
I can preview it with quarto from the CLI. However, QuartoPreview command says it can't work, because its a file ending in .py?

    What does your file look like? Is it a quarto .qmd or a python .py file?

    Ah, I see. I haven't used quarto to render plain python files yet, but apparently that works so we should make it work here, too.

    Oh, wow, this was fast, I was just about to ask if there is a contributing.md file 😅
