Direct emissions method docs update

Context

Documentation about the direct emissions method has been updated according to the recent developments, including IPCC and Klimaatsector user output added and static emission data for regional datasets added.

Implemented changes

• A mapping of ETM sectors to IPCC CRT codes
• A mapping of Klimaatsector categories to IPCC CRT codes
• Other minor text updates

Update documentation with points below @robindesmit-quintel

1. Update existing sections with Klimaattafels addition:

• "Data export" section: add Klimaattafel
• "Chart" section: add Klimaattafel

2. Add mapping ETM sectors to IPCC categories

3. Add Klimaattafels section. Including short description of what it is. Should only be used for Dutch datasets.

@robindesmit-quintel on second thought, now that I see the Klimaatsector table and IPCC mapping table next to each other, I'm reconsidering the approach for the Klimaatsector table. The exceptions in the Klimaatsector table feel a bit messy, I think it's more clear if we just specify how IPCC CRT codes map to the Klimaatsector categories.

Could you change the following:

• Apply the same format of the ETM to IPCC mapping table to the Klimaatsector table, so first column is "Klimaatsector in ETM", second column is IPCC CRT code.
• In bullets below the table, list the relevant exceptions that are currently mentioned in the table. For example: entire CRT codes 2.D and 2.G mapped to Industrie, including fireworks, lubricants, paraffin wax and other non-energy products use from other sectors

@robindesmit-quintel thanks for the updates. Note: as for the Klimaatsector table, the IPCC CRT codes become quite long in one line, I decided after all to put the codes on separate lines within the table. I also applied this to the ETM to IPCC mapping table for consistency.
