Adds a new play: Expense Tracker Pro

Play Details

Features

• Track income and expenses with categories
• Summary cards (balance, total income, total expenses)
• Visual charts — expenses by category + monthly overview
• Filter by type (income/expense) and month
• localStorage persistence — data saved between sessions
• Delete individual transactions or clear all

Note for maintainers

The NHost Create form returned a 404 locally so the play_id
could not be generated via the UI. Please register this play
in the database. Code is fully ready in:
src/plays/expense-tracker-pro/
