Bump github.com/efficientgo/e2e from v0.14.1-0.20251204144843-44570aa52a90 to v0.14.1-0.20260204162810-8c75b1e33ef9 to match the upstream rhobs/api version. golangci-lint v2.7.0 was built with Go 1.25 and cannot lint code targeting Go 1.26.0. Upgrade to v2.14.0 which supports Go 1.26. Also adjust .golangci.yml: - Remove goconst linter (noisy on test string literals, was never enforced since lint was broken) - Exclude SA1019 for httputil.ReverseProxy.Director (deprecated in Go 1.26, migration to Rewrite tracked separately)
