🟠 Medium · Keep a human-facing repository entry point
Deleting the root README removes the only human-facing explanation of what this repository contains, which content is generated, and how to install, build, test, and contribute. The remaining root guidance is AGENTS.md/CLAUDE.md, which is convention material rather than contributor onboarding, so GitHub visitors now have no discoverable setup path and may edit generated vendor/ content directly. Keep a concise README containing at least the repository purpose, ownership boundaries, prerequisites, core commands, and contribution links; trim or correct individual sections instead of deleting the entry point.
Removes README.md from the website repo. The social preview image under .github/media/ stays.
