Merge CLAUDE.md harness notes (ship, worktree policy, commands) into AGENTS.md, delete CLAUDE.md and repoint links in CONTRIBUTING.md and docs/agents. Co-Authored-By: Claude Opus 5.5 <noreply@anthropic.com>
