Motivation
Prepare the patch releases of
rstack0.7.4 andcreate-rstack3.3.4.Changes
Bump both package versions, update all 27 starter templates to use
rstack^0.7.4, and regenerate the native binding loader for 0.7.4.Validation:
pnpm --filter rstack build:native,pnpm build,pnpm check, andpnpm testpassed (373 tests).
