The user guide URL currently returns 404 because the Pandoc PDF output and the workflow steps that install its dependencies and publish the generated file are commented out. Enable PDF generation and place
rustic-user-docs.pdfalongside the HTML book in the Pages artifact.Related issue: rustic-rs/rustic#1893
Validation:
book.tomlparsed withtomli; both changed workflow YAML files parsed with PyYAML;git diff --checkpassed. The live URL remains 404 until this is deployed.mdbook, Pandoc, and LuaLaTeX are unavailable locally, so the Pages workflow must confirm the full PDF build.
