[FEATURE] replace module.run function when postgres.bake_image=True #317

Is your feature request related to a problem?

postgres/server/image.sls uses "legacy" syntax:

postgresql-service-reload:
  module.run:
    - name: test.true

"The legacy style will no longer be available starting in the 3005 release" (https://docs.saltproject.io/en/3002/ref/states/all/salt.states.module.html#salt.states.module.run)

And it already incompatible with minion configuration:

use_superseded: 
  - module.run 

which is used in my case for other purposes.

Replace module.run with other function
