The Deployment section currently covers web, cloud, Docker, Kubernetes, AWS, and Terraform deploys, but has no action for Capacitor over-the-air updates.
This PR adds Cap-go/live-update-action at the end of the Deployment section so maintainers can upload an OTA web bundle for Capacitor apps from GitHub Actions.
