Adds og-image-action to the Frontend Tools section.
It renders a 1200x630 Open Graph (social share) image at CI/build time using Satori + resvg — no hosted API, no account, and no npm publish required. Useful for blogs, docs sites, and static builds that want per-page OG images baked in during CI rather than generated at request time.
