ci: add SonarQube Cloud scan (Automatic Analysis unavailable for Astro project) - #504

Automatic Analysis is not available for this project because SonarQube Cloud does not support .astro files (only ~17% of code is in supported languages, below the 20% eligibility threshold). Add a CI-based scan via sonarqube-scan-action that analyzes the TypeScript/CSS sources on push to main and on pull requests.

SonarSource/sonarqube-scan-action.Why
Automatic Analysis cannot be enabled for this project. SonarQube Cloud does not support
.astrofiles, so only ~17% of the code (TypeScript/CSS) is analyzable — below the 20% eligibility threshold. The UI reports: 83.23% of your code is in languages unsupported by Automatic Analysis.CI-based scan is the supported alternative and analyzes the TypeScript/CSS sources.
Prerequisite
Add a
SONAR_TOKENrepository secret (SonarQube Cloud analysis token: https://sonarcloud.io/account/security) before this workflow will successfully scan.
