Add ability to automatically create snapshops of artifacts in online mode #1000
Description
Sometimes users try to add artifacts when they are constantly writing to the files. This gives errors because the file changes in between generating the checksum and uploading. There should be an option to automatically do this (I think offline mode already can).

Maybe it just needs more documenting? Or make snapshot mode the default option? (I dont really remember how that works so need to look into it)

Sorry, I thought that was referring to offline mode only. Aby was having problems, I've asked him to try
snapshot=True.shapshotdoesn't seem to be mentioned at all in the docs on the artifacts page.
