Description of the Problem

Closes #15567.

The crop editor starts with the crop box inset 10% from each edge, so you have to drag it out before you can crop.

What this PR Does

The crop box now starts at the full image.

To stop the crop bounds getting lost against the edge of the image, the border and handles are bolder on any edge the crop box is touching.

Crop box at the full image with bolder border and handles

Once you drag an edge inwards it goes back to the usual subtle style.

Crop box mid-crop, with bolder controls only on the edges still touching the image

How to Reproduce

  1. Go to Assets and open an image
  2. Click Crop
  3. The crop box covers the whole image, with bolder border and handles on every edge
  4. Drag an edge inwards and it goes back to the thin outline and small handles
