This PR documents how plugins can register a custom AI metadata provider for the Media Library. It adds a new section to the Server API overview explaining the Upload plugin's aiMetadataProvider service (registerProvider, the cms-byok-ai license gate, and the one-provider-at-a-time constraint with the Strapi-managed provider), and adds a short cross-reference note to the Media Library feature page's AI metadata generation section.
