Add audit log event types for workflow management (create, update, delete) and entry-level changes (assignee updates and review stage transitions). Include detailed event structure and payload examples.
The row is about a change made to one entry, not about the Review Workflows feature as a whole, so it now sits next to the Entry assignee row.
Follows the pattern already used for Releases: the per-action detail lives on the feature page, while the Audit Logs page keeps its summary rows and links to it.

This PR documents the audit log events recorded for Review Workflows and entry assignees, introduced in Strapi 5.56.1. The Audit Logs page gains three rows in its events table, covering workflow configuration changes, entry review stage changes and entry assignee changes. The per-action detail lives in a new section on the Review Workflows page, following the pattern already used for Releases, and the Audit Logs page links to it.
