This PR documents the new rotate control in the Media Library's Crop & Focus area editor. It adds a step to the Cropping images and setting a focus area section of the Media Library page, describing the rotate button, that it turns the image 90° clockwise per click, and that the crop area, the focus area, and the width/height fields follow the rotation.
