Refs #45; coordinated by teaql/teaql-conformance#105. Release metadata only; current main runtime implementation is unchanged. Native and complete example gates run against this checkout; immutable internal consumer verification precedes public publication. Signed public tags and registry checks will be linked before generator adoption. Regeneration required from 0.2.x.
