does cargo fuzz run find the binary with host-tuple?
i think it builds the path as fuzz/target//release/..., so it would look in fuzz/target/host-tuple/
we only run on ubuntu-latest, could you please just use x86_64-unknown-linux-gnu?

host-tuple is same with x86_64-unknown-linux-gnu. No?

fuzz/target/host-tuple/

It is confusing with --profile=profile-name
