Testing the changes

  • I tested the changes in this PR: briefly

Local build testing

  • I built this PR locally for my native architecture, (x86_64-glibc)
  • I built this PR locally for these architectures (if supported. mark crossbuilds):
    • armv6l
    • x86_64-musl

Package hasn't been updated in a while, and the project has migrated from autotools to cmake during this time. Also, the template doesn't use the repo's MEGAsdk as a dependency, because it is vendored as a git subproject which is some releases out-of-sync. I plan to update MEGAsdk in a separate PR. I tested it briefly and it works, but further testing would be appreciated.

I don't really like seeing packages drop in sysctls with high priority to change global limits. Waiting for feedback from other contributors.

This file sets fs.inotify.max_user_watches to a high number and it is used by the sync functionality. I tested setting it low locally and it outputs the error "Unable to add filesystem watch" which, if you search online (with MEGAcmd), there are multiple issues related to this. Additionally, we can add a README.voidlinux that states how to increase it.
