…gine#924) A freshly-started Codex thread has no user message yet, so the app-server rejects thread/read with includeTurns:true via JSON-RPC -32600 ('thread is not materialized yet; includeTurns is unavailable before first user message'). This surfaced as HTTP 500 when the frontend loaded history immediately after connecting a new sandbox session (introduced in volcengine#905). Catch the specific error and retry without includeTurns, returning an empty snapshot instead of propagating the error. Also covers the busy polling path in syncBackgroundTurn.
