Claude-User, Claude-SearchBot, PerplexityBot and MistralAI-User no longer classify as training; adds Perplexity-User, MistralAI-User, Claude-SearchBot, Meta-ExternalFetcher. Count pinned to 186, plus a test for the search/user-fetch cases. jest 402/402, tsc clean.
