Default project init to a managed-agent subdirectory and report actionable project-root errors.

Remove local Build confirmation while retaining Publish confirmation, automatically bind active Agent-local resources, and default Workbench to English while preserving saved language preferences.

Update documentation and regression coverage for project initialization, resource bindings, version previews, and Workbench behavior.
