Archive listings reserve all shipped resource locations before locating entries, so an entry cannot replace a viewer script registered later in the page. Reservation also handles case-insensitive filesystem collisions and the listing's own path. Refused URI schemes fall back to inline downloads; external links carry the normal target attributes. Frontend asset writing reuses the reserved resource instead of registering it twice.
The existing collision regression now covers CSS, search, viewport, host-bridge scripts, case variants, and service routing. One additional test covers refused/external links and the listing path. All 110 HTML/helper checks pass.
